Senior Sales Director for Sustainable Textiles

As a leading innovator in sustainable textile technologies, our client specializes in waterless and eco-friendly solutions for fabric processing. By reducing environmental impact through the elimination of harmful chemicals and lowering water and energy usage during manufacturing, they set a new standard for environmentally responsible textile production.
Job Description- Utilize your extensive knowledge of T1/Mill/Brand sales dynamics and technical requirements to drive T1 adoption of our proprietary technology.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for broad T1 adoption of the company's eco-friendly manufacturing processes and technology.
- Achieve the company's business goals and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that are profitable for the company.
- Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Minimum of 8 years in a lead sales role at the Director or VP level.
- Extensive experience in T1 manufacturing environments in Asia, maintaining a robust, up-to-date network of contacts at the VP level and above.
- Proven ability to leverage your strong relationships to immediately open doors at the highest levels across multiple T1 manufacturers throughout Asia.
- Previous experience in a senior T1 supply chain or manufacturing role, particularly with responsibility for materials selection and treatments, is a plus.
