We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead and manage our sales and business development activities for ITP products in China and Asia (excluding Japan and Korea).

Responsibilities are diverse, from developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base, to building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in Lasers, Physics, or related fields, as well as 15+ years of direct experience in sales and business development in the laser or related high-technology industries.

Proven track records of achieving sales targets, generating revenue, winning new projects, and managing Tier 1 accounts are necessary for this role. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as excellent people skills, are also essential.
