- <ul><li>Lead and manage the sales and business development activities for ITP products in China and Asia (excluding Japan and Korea)<li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth<li>Generate revenue and drive business growth by winning new projects and managing Tier 1 accounts<li>Provide market insights and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Line Management, R&D, FAE, Quality, and customer service, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with market needs<li>Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management<li>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Qualifications include a Master's degree in Lasers, Physics, or related fields, as well as 15+ years of direct experience in sales and business development in the laser or related high-technology industries.
Proven track records of achieving sales targets, generating revenue, winning new projects, and managing Tier 1 accounts are necessary for this role. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as excellent people skills, are also essential.
