Job Summary:
Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our Inside Sales team in Shenzhen, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience and a 4-year degree. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to senior management.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, including revenue growth and team leadership.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:
