Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the competitive landscape to develop a category recruitment strategy and define new products' value proposition.
  • Identify, recruit, and support sellers of various types to execute on aggressive growth plans.
  • Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners to provide consulting advice to grow their business.
  • Provide feedback to other teams within Amazon worldwide on lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
  • Coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pipeline management skills, including the utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
