About the Role


As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth across Amazon's suite of products in Japan. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies to drive revenue growth across Amazon's suite of products in Japan.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.


  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and develop strategies to address them.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, buyers, and other partners, to drive sales growth and revenue.


  • Provide training and support to sellers and other stakeholders to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed on Amazon's platform.


  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the Japanese market.




BASIC QUALIFICATIONS




  • Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, or a related field.


  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.


  • Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive sales growth.


  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.




PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS




  • Experience in cross-border business, merchant sourcing, and management.


  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including Amazon.


  • Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
