Sales Growth Strategist

About the Role
As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth across Amazon's suite of products in Japan. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales growth strategies to drive revenue growth across Amazon's suite of products in Japan.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and develop strategies to address them.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, buyers, and other partners, to drive sales growth and revenue.
Provide training and support to sellers and other stakeholders to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed on Amazon's platform.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the Japanese market.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in cross-border business, merchant sourcing, and management.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including Amazon.
Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
