As a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. Your primary objective will be to deliver innovative solutions that enable sellers to succeed on Amazon's global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
  • Identify, recruit, and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on aggressive growth plans.
  • Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners to provide consulting advice and help them grow their business.
  • Share lessons learned with other teams within Amazon worldwide to enhance project implementation and post-live support phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver results.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals.
