The Paid Service strategy is being aggressively rolled out worldwide, and we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager of Paid Education program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, driving innovation and growth while pushing the boundaries of traditional business development.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, possessing a proven track record in sales or business development roles. An entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to forge strong relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the adoption of the Paid Education program through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Craft effective business models, explore new sales channels, initiate business partnerships, and manage agencies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to clients' needs, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to maximize business impacts.
  • Develop sales forecasts, manage/maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide detailed/insightful reports on sales performance, and offer actionable recommendations for optimizing sales strategies and driving revenue growth.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of our locations: Shenzhen, China.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully cultivating strategic relationships with enterprises, customers, partners, and brand owners.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sales or Business Development experience in ecommerce or technology sector.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and the ability to craft strategies informed by data analysis and market insights.
