Job Title: Chief Operations Strategist for Asia Pacific

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to spearhead the launch and development of our operations function in China. As the Chief Operations Strategist for Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our global standards, while adapting to local requirements.

Your Impact
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and growth, while driving accountability to deadlines and outcomes.
  • Design and Refine Processes: Develop, standardize, and continuously refine processes for efficiency and scalability, using data-driven insights and process standardization as strategic tools for building effective systems.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local Chinese regulations, adjusting processes to align with legal requirements and safeguard business continuity.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with global and local teams to align strategies and processes, ensuring effective integration and communication across all functions.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the vision and execution for strategic projects, developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, setting timelines, and driving successful execution.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: High level of comfort and experience in operations, including discovery, process design, continuous improvement, and building systems for scale.
  • Problem-Solving: Approach every challenge as an opportunity to make an impact, digging deep to understand problems and developing creative solutions beyond the obvious or traditional approaches.
  • Communication: Effectively convey complex concepts across teams and stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment throughout the organization.
