Digital Account Strategist

We are looking for a results-driven professional to drive China-based sellers' presence and business in Amazon's global marketplaces.
Job DescriptionThe Digital Account Strategist will have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering first-class customer service, and driving results. The role involves providing primary post-sales support to third-party sellers, managing key accounts, and developing strategies to maximize relationships. Additionally, the Digital Account Strategist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance, working with clients to improve performance, and proactively identifying and addressing issues that may impact revenue generation.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Planning/Analysis:
- Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide input into product development and process improvement.
- Analyze territory trends, diagnose root cause of performance, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
- Define the territory, opportunities, and goals within the portfolio of accounts.
- Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan.
- Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework. - Key Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree required; Proficiency in Business English essential.
- 2-8 years of relevant experience in E-commerce and/or tech related industries, with a proven track record of managing accounts and/or projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with tools (Salesforce, Excel, other internal tools).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is RMB 400,000 - RMB 600,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid time off, and career development opportunities.
