Account Growth Strategist

Snap Inc. is a leading technology company that empowers people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. Our three core products are Snapchat, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services, and our AR glasses.
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join Team Snapchat in China, based in Shenzhen. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external partners, to grow advertising revenue.
Job Description- Manage the whole business cycle for new business acquisition: From early stages to closing customers, and managing relationships after closure to ensure customer satisfaction, performance, and upsell opportunities.
- Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business: Proactively identify and initiate relationships with new clients, working closely with our Sales Development, Onboarding, resellers, and Marketing teams.
- Serve as a product advocate for Snap's new and existing products: Advise on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations, and participate in product beta testing.
- Analyze campaign performance data: Guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify performance trends, seasonality trends, and campaign optimizations to achieve results, and provide recommendations for upsell opportunities.
- Provide operational support for partners: Manage ad rejection escalations, build audience engagement segments, traffic ads using Snap's internal tools, and generate post-campaign reports.
- Contribute to partner communications: Combine updates from across the organization into a single communication.
- Develop programs and initiatives with Global Partnerships Lead: Streamline sales partner operations, accelerate sales partner activities, increase advertiser awareness, and uplevel sales partner expertise on Snap's advertising platform.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues: Work with cross-functional teams as required.
- Manage internal processes for Creative Service Agreements: Campaign exceptions, Ad Design Requests, Coupon Generations, and clearly communicate policies to Sales Partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field.
- Experience in building a pipeline from scratch: Strategic and tactical focus and execution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership.
- Fluency in English.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, emotional and mental health support programs, paid parental leave, and more.
