Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join Team Snapchat in China, based in Shenzhen. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external partners, to grow advertising revenue.

Job Description
  • Manage the whole business cycle for new business acquisition: From early stages to closing customers, and managing relationships after closure to ensure customer satisfaction, performance, and upsell opportunities.
  • Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business: Proactively identify and initiate relationships with new clients, working closely with our Sales Development, Onboarding, resellers, and Marketing teams.
  • Serve as a product advocate for Snap's new and existing products: Advise on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations, and participate in product beta testing.
  • Analyze campaign performance data: Guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify performance trends, seasonality trends, and campaign optimizations to achieve results, and provide recommendations for upsell opportunities.
  • Provide operational support for partners: Manage ad rejection escalations, build audience engagement segments, traffic ads using Snap's internal tools, and generate post-campaign reports.
  • Contribute to partner communications: Combine updates from across the organization into a single communication.
  • Develop programs and initiatives with Global Partnerships Lead: Streamline sales partner operations, accelerate sales partner activities, increase advertiser awareness, and uplevel sales partner expertise on Snap's advertising platform.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues: Work with cross-functional teams as required.
  • Manage internal processes for Creative Service Agreements: Campaign exceptions, Ad Design Requests, Coupon Generations, and clearly communicate policies to Sales Partners.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field.
  • Experience in building a pipeline from scratch: Strategic and tactical focus and execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership.
  • Fluency in English.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, emotional and mental health support programs, paid parental leave, and more.
