Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Shenzhen Branch]. This role is responsible for providing value-added services with holistic account management support.

Job Description

As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance, working with clients to improve performance, proactively monitoring accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation, managing relationships with key accounts, and developing strategies to maximize these relationships. You will also work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in retail and/or related industries, sales or account management experience
  • Proven track record of managing relationships and/or multiple projects, work prioritization, planning, and task delegation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence audiences at senior leadership levels
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with tools like Salesforce, Excel, and other internal tools
  • Experienced in using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for business decisions
  • Proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to think big and deliver initiatives from concept to execution
  • Proficiency in Oral and Written English
  • BA/BS required

  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Cross-border learning/working experience is preferred
Salary Estimate

RMB 150,000 - RMB 200,000 per year, depending on experience.
