Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamic Automotive Account Manager for Regional Growth Initiatives to join our team at Analog Devices.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover local leading Automotive Accounts to strengthen partnerships and drive sustainable growth
  • Formulate and execute account strategies to achieve defined revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, field application engineers, and OEM sales to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with order fulfillment
  • Expand influence to customer management level through effective relationship building and communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales for Local/MNC Automotive Tier 1 or OEM
  • Fluent written and oral English for business communication
  • Strong self-motivation, result-orientation, and fast-moving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for business propositions
  • Ability to work under pressure from both internal and external stakeholders

  • Estimated Salary: RMB 250,000 - RMB 350,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
