Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Dynamic Automotive Account Manager for Regional Growth Initiatives to join our team at Analog Devices.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover local leading Automotive Accounts to strengthen partnerships and drive sustainable growth
- Formulate and execute account strategies to achieve defined revenue goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, field application engineers, and OEM sales to ensure successful project outcomes
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with order fulfillment
- Expand influence to customer management level through effective relationship building and communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales for Local/MNC Automotive Tier 1 or OEM
- Fluent written and oral English for business communication
- Strong self-motivation, result-orientation, and fast-moving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for business propositions
- Ability to work under pressure from both internal and external stakeholders
What We Offer:
- Estimated Salary: RMB 250,000 - RMB 350,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- 50% travel required
