At Huatai Securities, we are seeking an ambitious Fintech Business Growth Manager to drive our expansion into the rapidly evolving FinTech sector.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new App account acquisition and achieving departmental KPIs. Your primary objective will be to explore new business opportunities, develop sales-related projects, and identify innovative channels to promote our securities App.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new App account acquisition and other targets to achieve the department's pre-set KPI;
- Explore new business opportunities and drive sales-related projects such as promotion campaigns, drafting terms and conditions, and customer messages;
- Identify and acquire new HK-based clients for promoting securities App users through various channels;
- Develop strong networks with local partners, responsible for covering and building connections with different channels;
- Prepare presentation materials, promotion content, mechanisms, partnership agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations;
- Set KPIs, project schedules, budgets, resources planning, project launch, result tracking, and report on individual campaign progress and sales channels.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in marketing or business development, with at least 4 years of experience in a securities firm or financial industry. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua are highly valued. SFC registered Licensed Representative for regulated activities Type 1 and 4 is preferred but not mandatory. If you have less experience, you can still apply at the AVP level.
