About the Role

As a Customer Growth and Development Associate at Infobip, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for assigned clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients to achieve overall customer health and growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as a focal point for clients when it comes to meeting their business and technical expectations, including technical escalations, services/product adoption, and communicating customer feedback and ideas to Product teams.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs to ensure overall business growth for assigned clients, focusing on gross profit, margin%, and cross-sells as key metrics.
  • Work closely with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate with Platform Operations teams to set up and configure client accounts, enabling their activities based on agreed business scope.
  • Monitor and take actions to minimize health risks in cooperation with Revenue Assurance, actively involving financial collections and netting.
  • Analyze and forecast client traffic, taking immediate reactions to ensure ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP/revenue.

Internal Initiatives

  • Develop an excellent knowledge of Infobip's internal tools to set up accounts, monitor, and troubleshoot client traffic (Qlik, SU).
  • Coordinate internal teams to timely fulfill client requirements (Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Customer Support, Technical Account Administration, Platform Operations, Customer Analyst, Procurement, Revenue Assurance).
  • Update all activities regarding client engagements and opportunities in dedicated tools (SF).

Continuous Development

  • Foster team spirit by promoting collaboration and helping to mentor and onboard newcomers.
  • Participate in continuing education sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with Infobip products, platform, and relevant markets.
  • Gain insights into clients' businesses and ways they utilize Infobip services.

  • An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
