The Role

Job Title: Business Development Associate (Mandarin-Speaking)

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Ras Al-Khaimah

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for our marketing affiliates, handling daily communications, addressing inquiries, and aligning their objectives with ours.
  • Sales & Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare campaign materials, proposals, and agreements, ensuring affiliates have the resources needed for successful campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and evaluate affiliate performance metrics, generating insights and making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, professional partnerships with affiliates, focusing on sustaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Process Optimization: Work cross-functionally to refine workflows, streamline communication, and improve the affiliate management process.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on affiliate performance, identifying both challenges and opportunities to inform strategic planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales coordination, affiliate management, or a related role in sales or marketing.
  • Language Skills: Native-level Mandarin proficiency and strong English communication skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking, with a results-oriented approach to translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficient in managing multiple affiliates and projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator and relationship-builder, with the ability to work independently and within teams.

Compensation Package

  • An attractive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
