Job Title: Sales Engineer


 


Job Summary:


The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales teams to achieve growth and hit sales targets. The role involves key account management, developing strong customer relationships, and driving business wins through strategy and partnership with channel partners.


 


Responsibilities:


To drive revenue growth, the Sales Engineer must:



  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define value propositions and differentiation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and timely updates in Salesforce.
  • Broaden customer base through referrals and strategic partnerships.
  • Continuously improve sales performance through data analysis and process optimization.

 


Requirements:


Successful candidates should possess:



  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams in high-scaling environments.
  • Strong passion for value selling and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) as required.

 


Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
