Digital Sales Growth Specialist

At Arrow Electronics, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your sales career with a leading technology company.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and demand creation for Arrow products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineers, and designers to promote the value of our solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet customer needs and increase sales revenue.
- Promote Arrow's supply chain and full life cycle programs to customers and suppliers.
- 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
LocationThis role is based in CN-Shenzhen, China (Upper Hills, Huang Gang Rd) and requires a full-time commitment.Category
