About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Shanghai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.

As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Your primary focus will be on growing revenue and expanding our customer base in the region. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the technology industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and report progress to management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and expand the customer base.


Requirements
  • Typically requires a 4-year degree. Graduates from top universities are highly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in semiconductor companies or electronics distributors are required. Majors in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering are preferred.
  • Clear and proper communication and articulation skills.
  • Proactive, flexible and result-oriented with a can-do attitude.
