About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with key clients, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to drive revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Seller Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client performance data to diagnose root causes of issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  2. Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through voice-of-seller analysis and data-driven insights.
  3. Account Management Best Practices: Implement best-in-class account management practices and standard operating procedures to drive business development and revenue growth.
  4. Seller Success Enablement: Drive seller success on Amazon by optimizing selection growth, conversion enhancement, ad optimization, and feature adoption.

Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Sales or Account Management Experience: You have a proven track record of success in sales or account management roles.
  • Digital Advertising and Client-Facing Experience: You have experience working in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
  • Excel Skills: You are proficient in using Excel for data analysis and best practice assessments.
  • Analytical Skills: You can analyze key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts.
  • Relationship Management: You have experience managing relationships within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
