Amazon Mass Management Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mass Management Account Manager to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch. As a Mass Management Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our existing sellers in China-based emerging marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with existing sellers to grow their presence and business on Amazon emerging marketplaces;
- Work with marketing teams to identify opportunities to maximize selection and drive feature adoption;
- Monitor seller performance, product quality, and customer experience;
- Develop and implement scalable strategies to drive seller business growth;
- Provide training and support to help sellers quickly ramp up on Amazon.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing experience;
- 2+ years of inside sales experience;
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses;
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach;
- Strong competency in delivering results, bias for action, invent and simplify, dive deep, ownership, earn trust, and customer obsession.
