We are seeking a highly skilled Cross Border Ecommerce Business Strategist to spearhead our initiatives for growing the US market and driving customer acquisition through our website, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute comprehensive cross-border ecommerce business plans that cater to the US market, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, emphasizing effective ad placements across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, etc.) to ensure maximum visibility and engagement for our products.
  • Engage in thorough market research to uncover emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer preferences, leveraging these insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key e-commerce platforms to enhance product placement, visibility, and overall sales success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment on business objectives and propel the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Track sales performance, analyze relevant data, and produce regular reports to assess business outcomes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing necessary corrective measures.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and market dynamics affecting e-commerce operations, proactively adjusting strategies to mitigate risks and seize new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A strong track record in cross-border ecommerce business focus in the North America markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in senior ecommerce sales and marketing positions, emphasizing strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to reach ambitious targets.
  • A comprehensive understanding of U.S. market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
