Job Title: Ecommerce Director

At Promate Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Director to lead our ecommerce sales strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Manage key accounts and relationships with ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Lazada.
  • Forecast sales volumes and manage sales processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities through entrepreneurial work style and team collaboration.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence through digital marketing and product marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for ecommerce sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years sales experience, with at least 2 years in ecommerce platform sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with ability to influence decision-making at management level.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and support subordinates.

Location: Shenzhen, China
