Job Title: Ecommerce Director

At Promate Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Director to lead our ecommerce sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive sales growth across all ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ecommerce sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Manage key accounts and relationships with ecommerce platforms
  • Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Forecast sales volumes and manage sales processes for each account
  • Develop and maintain adequate inventory levels at distributors for key accounts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years sales experience, with at least 2 years in ecommerce platform sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial work style with ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Product marketing experience a plus
  • Work experience in consumer electronics, smartphone, and PC-related industries helpful

Details:
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets for key accounts
  • Plan, forecast, generate, and manage all ecommerce sales activities
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels at distributors for key accounts
  • Grow existing accounts and develop account plans to increase revenue, margins, and shares in each account
  • Build a brand new ecommerce-based website
  • Influence customers' mind share to increase sales and market share while maintaining a competitive position and yielding the highest possible returns on sales
  • Handle relationships with accounts at all levels, present and negotiate contracts
  • Work with and through other departments within the company to ensure that all sales activities meet/satisfy all business and/or legal requirements
