Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement holistic product lifecycle management and eCommerce operations strategies
- Lead problem-solving efforts to diagnose process improvement opportunities and articulate scaling change management potential
- Drive data-driven decision making through analytics and quantitative analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and influence multiple organizations to gain support and overcome resistance
- Develop and maintain processes and tools to evaluate and manage Amazon's product launch efficiencies
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 6+ years in product management/product development/project management
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
