As a Regional Sales Leader at BDP International, you will be responsible for managing a regional sales team and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Sales Director in managing the regional sales team and achieving budget targets.
- Leading sales team members to achieve required targets and ROI.
- Sourcing new business opportunities to hit individual targets.
- Closing new customer business onboard.
- Establishing strategic partnerships with customers for sustainable business continuity and healthy profit growth.
- Building critical links between customers and internal business units.
- Achieving high-level customer engagement, rapport, and satisfaction.
- Working with global sales groups to grow the customer base.
- Preparing and presenting periodic reports as required by the Sales Director.
- Preparing and presenting monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Working on RFQ/tenders with respective products, marketing, and sales teams.
- Inputting SFDC data as required.
- Other assignments as required.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- 10+ years of experience in the industry with a proven successful sales record and ability to map out professional solutions to meet customer needs.
- Independent, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good English skills.
