About the Role

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Shenzhen Branch] is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategist to join its China team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants.

The Senior Sales Strategist will analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed on the marketplaces. With superior communication, organizational, and technical skills, this individual will operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
  • Identify, recruit, and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on aggressive growth plans.
  • Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners to provide consulting advice to grow their business.
  • Share lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases with other teams within Amazon worldwide.
  • Coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
