Job Summary
OK International, a Dover Company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key accounts and distributors
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and engineering
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the electronics or industrial markets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent written and oral English skills
