Teleport is seeking an accomplished Senior Cargo Sales Director to lead our cargo sales team, drive sales growth, and build strong customer relationships in the air cargo sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to support our company's overall objectives.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and execute cargo sales strategies to achieve sales targets and profit growth, ensuring alignment with industry trends and competitor activities.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure efficient performance and teamwork, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and development.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain existing customer relationships and actively develop new clients to establish long-term partnerships, leveraging your expertise in customer relationship management and sales skills.
Market Analysis:
- Gather market intelligence and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decisions that drive business growth.
Sales Target Setting:
- Set and oversee sales targets, ensuring the team meets performance indicators on time, with a focus on results-driven goal orientation.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their professional skills and sales techniques, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Reporting and Feedback:

Requirements:

Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions, depending on location and qualifications.
