Strategic Growth Consultant for Amazon's European Marketplaces

About the Role:
As a highly motivated Strategic Growth Consultant at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across our suite of products for merchants.
We are seeking a smart and ambitious professional to join our China team and lead initiatives/projects with cross-functional teams to improve internal efficiencies and external customer and seller experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- IDentify, recruit, launch, and support sellers of various types to execute on aggressive growth plans.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners to provide consulting advice on growing their business.
- Coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results with stakeholders.
- Share lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases with other Amazon worldwide teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of sales or marketing work (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
About You:
You are expected to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years of sales or marketing experience. We offer a competitive salary estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and your qualifications.
