About the Role

This high-profile position offers the opportunity to elevate your sales career by driving new business opportunities, building client networks, and managing relationships across enterprise-level companies. You will be responsible for expanding our presence in the enterprise market through strategic relationship-building and executing innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management solutions, providing clients with tailored guidance and support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Present proposals to C-Suite executives, converting conversations into contracts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and insights through CRM tools.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in developing and closing complex deals.
  • Expertise in C-suite negotiations and partnership development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in SaaS, consulting, or professional services is beneficial.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this role is ¥800,000 - ¥1,200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
