Job Description

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in CN-Shenzhen, China.

Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans for all assigned accounts, selling and marketing full sets of Arrow offerings, and promoting value-added services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy, and develop key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
  • Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who determine design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and other value-added services.
  • Develop comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) to present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Comprehensive ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts and sell full sets of Arrow offerings.
  • Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
  • Must be able to prepare comprehensive iQBRs and present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
