About the Role

You will be joining our Customer Care Team to leverage your expertise and skills in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • To drive sales activities for customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified, and nurtured through the sales pipeline to close profitable and sustainable customer deals.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Pricing and Sea Logistics Business Development teams, to align sales efforts and make informed pricing decisions.
  • To monitor market competition by gathering information on pricing and products.
  • To report customer feedback to the Customer Care Location (CCL) team, supporting resolutions as required.
  • To work closely with CCL colleagues during the onboarding process of new customers.
  • To maintain and update relevant customer information in internal systems.
  • To regularly review customer portfolios with CCL Managers and the team.
  • To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality in collaboration with the CCL.
