Maritime Sales Development Specialist

About the RoleYou will be joining our Customer Care Team to leverage your expertise and skills in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities- To drive sales activities for customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified, and nurtured through the sales pipeline to close profitable and sustainable customer deals.
- To collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Pricing and Sea Logistics Business Development teams, to align sales efforts and make informed pricing decisions.
- To monitor market competition by gathering information on pricing and products.
- To report customer feedback to the Customer Care Location (CCL) team, supporting resolutions as required.
- To work closely with CCL colleagues during the onboarding process of new customers.
- To maintain and update relevant customer information in internal systems.
- To regularly review customer portfolios with CCL Managers and the team.
- To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality in collaboration with the CCL.
- A strong focus on building customer and stakeholder relationships, coupled with effective time management skills.
- Selection for this role is based on your knowledge of our operations and possession of key attributes.
