Strategic Sales Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Prestige market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales revenue budget and SGM targets in assigned provinces or cities.
- Conduct daily operations, business reviews, and POS planning to ensure optimal distribution, coverage, and in-store execution.
- Execute marketing activities, including new product launches, promotions, and in-store events, to continuously improve the consumer experience.
- Manage AP and CF plans with best ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with local market information.
- Provide accurate forecast plans for assigned customers.
Requirements:
- University degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in well-known light luxury or premium consumer goods or durable consumer goods with a multinational company.
- Strong field sales management and distributor management experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Relationship and knowledge with shopping mall commercial departments.
- Experienced in province business management.
