About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Prestige market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales revenue budget and SGM targets in assigned provinces or cities.
  2. Conduct daily operations, business reviews, and POS planning to ensure optimal distribution, coverage, and in-store execution.
  3. Execute marketing activities, including new product launches, promotions, and in-store events, to continuously improve the consumer experience.
  4. Manage AP and CF plans with best ROI.
  5. Stay up-to-date with local market information.
  6. Provide accurate forecast plans for assigned customers.

Requirements:

  1. University degree preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in well-known light luxury or premium consumer goods or durable consumer goods with a multinational company.
  3. Strong field sales management and distributor management experience, knowledge, and skills.
  4. Relationship and knowledge with shopping mall commercial departments.
  5. Experienced in province business management.
