Job Summary / Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sr. Product Manager to develop and manage products from initial concept to launch. This is a full-time opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Adesso.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of product development, including market research, product requirements, specifications, production timetables, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of managing successful product launches and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in PC peripheral industry, particularly in webcam and security cameras, headsets, and speakers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Industrial Engineering (IE) or equivalent experience.


Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated salary may vary based on location and other factors.
