About the Role:
This exciting opportunity at MPS seeks a strategic product marketing manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business development and new product strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field & factory application engineers, sales, engineering, and marketing communications to ensure timely and successful launches of new products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining products, conducting market & competitive analysis, managing new product design activity, and handling inquiries for MPS products from sales, applications engineers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies
- Defining and launching new products into the marketplace
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success
- Conducting market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Managing customer relationships and product promotion efforts
- Troubleshooting issues and problems related to product performance
- Providing expert guidance on product-related inquiries from sales, applications engineers, and customers
- Traveling up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or product definition within an Analog IC Company
- Prior experience in power management is essential
- Strong background in defining products and discovering new opportunities
- Familiarity with DC/DC converters, power modules, switch-mode power supplies, and multiphase voltage regulators
- Experience in telecom or networking applications is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required

The estimated salary range for this position is $165,000 - $210,000 per annum, based on location, experience, and other factors.
