Job Description
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive adoption of proprietary technology among Tier 1 manufacturers in Asia.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of sales dynamics and technical requirements to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that are profitable for the company.
  • Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum of 8 years in a lead sales role at the Director or VP level.
  • Extensive experience in T1 manufacturing environments in Asia, maintaining a robust network of contacts at the VP level and above.
  • Proven ability to leverage strong relationships to open doors at the highest levels across multiple T1 manufacturers throughout Asia.
  • Previous experience in a senior T1 supply chain or manufacturing role, particularly with responsibility for materials selection and treatments, is a plus.
  • Aggressive, bold, and confident. A relationship person with a strong self-starting, independent streak.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Vietnamese is a strong plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Asia.
