Job Opportunity:

As a Senior Manager Sales at Infineon Technologies, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. Your primary objective will be to achieve team and individual business targets, identifying high-growth potential projects and acquiring necessary resources to maximize design wins.

You will work closely with marketing, application engineers, system engineers, and management to achieve defined targets. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers is essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of work experience in sales, preferably in a multinational company
• Familiarity with internal working processes and timely written reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for business propositions
• Ability to work under pressure from both internal and external sources
• Fluency in written and oral English for business
