**Joint Selling**: Facilitate joint selling between channel partners and Oracle's direct sales team to increase revenue from partner sources.
**Go-to-Market Strategies**: Identify and develop joint go-to-market strategies and lead generation opportunities with channel partners.
**Reporting and Analysis**: Provide accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts to Oracle's management team.
**Requirements**: 8 years of field sales experience, including 3 years of channel sales experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
