About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Field Sales Engineer in Shenzhen, China. This role will involve working with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions using Arrow's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the assigned sales territory, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service.
  • Create demand for Arrow products and services by collaborating with engineers and designers to specify, select, and resolve electronic board designs with Arrow franchised suppliers.
  • Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow, requiring proficiency in sales tracking systems and CRM software.
  • Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to specific sales-related goals.
Job Complexity

This role requires a high level of discretion to vary from established procedures, working under broad supervision and solving complex problems. The incumbent will have substantial work experience involving complex concepts and procedures in theories/concepts in own function.

Requirements
  • A 4-year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
  • Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
Estimated Salary Range

RMB 250,000 - RMB 350,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
