About Adesso
Adesso is a dynamic and innovative company seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth with OEM customers, focusing on developing new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for someone who can develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in both new and existing accounts.
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to ensure alignment with customer account strategies and regularly meet to discuss opportunities and progress.
- Effective communication and feedback are essential; the candidate will relay customer and consumer feedback to internal teams, such as R&D, Production, and Quality.
- They will also ensure timely resolution of customer service issues and empower effective sales and customer interactions to build loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Computer & Consumer Electronics industries is required.
- The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with OEMs and demonstrated skills in building, developing, and retaining high-performing accounts.
- Bilingualism in Mandarin and English is preferred, along with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated enterprise sales experience working with partners is essential.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
