Enterprise Sales Solutions Expert

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Solutions Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key customers.
About the Job
This is a full-time position located in CN-Shenzhen, China (Upper Hills, Huang Gang Rd). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electronics industry and experience working with vendors and customers in a technical environment. They will be responsible for promoting Arrow's value-added services, supply chain management, and full life cycle programs to customers.
Main Responsibilities
The Enterprise Sales Solutions Expert will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including engineers and designers
• Creating demand for Arrow products and services through effective marketing and sales efforts
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering, and 2-4 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience
• Strong understanding of the electronics industry and experience working with vendors and customers in a technical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the level of expertise and experience required for this role. In addition to a base salary, the successful candidate may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and other benefits.
