Job Description

At Bristol Myers Squibb, we are dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. As a Market Strategy Manager - Oncology Solutions, you will play a critical role in developing and executing regional market strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Central Marketing Team to design and execute region-specific marketing plans aligned with national market strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with Central Marketing and Regional Sales teams to develop and implement annual regional marketing plans.
  • Maintain and optimize Regional Expert Management, focusing on core customer development and relationship building.
  • Discuss and agree with Sales Managers on identifying 30 core customers per region, visiting at least bi-monthly.
  • Adjust quarterly the list of core customers based on market changes.
  • Provide timely feedback on Regional Experts' opinions and stay informed about competitors' information.
  • Analyze regional business performance using internal and external data, identifying pain points and opportunities.
  • Support Regional Sales training programs, aligning with sales demands and regional realities.
  • Participate in field visits, providing constructive feedback.
  • Attend regular Sales Manager meetings, sharing regional market activity plans and staying up-to-date on business development needs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
  • Prior experience in tumor area market preferred
  • Prior experience in lung/ stomach cancer industry preferred
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
