Job Description:
As a Sales Manager - Supply Chain Expert, you will play a critical role in defining markets and new customers in assigned sales territories, planning strategies, and developing key relationships to ensure strong foundations for solution selling. You will maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who determine design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and other value-added services.
This position requires experience interacting with vendors and customers in technical and engineering environments, as well as an extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, selling and marketing Arrow's full range of offerings, incorporating in-depth knowledge of key supplier lines.
• Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service, while leading regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow, requiring proficiency in sales tracking systems, including SalesForce.com and Oracle, as well as building relationships with key suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Typically, this role requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
Estimated Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
