Cargo Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key account relationships with shippers and agents to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market intelligence and creative strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Analyze data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the air cargo industry.
- Strong track record of developing and leading successful sales and marketing programs.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Based in Shenzhen.
