Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Cargo Sales Manager to join our team in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Singapore, and China. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing market share in the air cargo industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve country and regional objectives, focusing on international air cargo services and products.
  2. Manage day-to-day contact with key account agents and shippers to generate revenue.
  3. Conduct market research and gather intelligence to identify new sales opportunities and leverage our competitive advantage.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, onboard new customers, and actively manage relationships with shippers and industry partners.
  5. Work collaboratively with the sales team to provide customer-centric solutions and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in Sales Management within an Air Cargo business, with a solid understanding of Air Cargo Sales & Marketing.
  2. A strong track record of developing and leading successful marketing and sales programs for an Airline Cargo business, with a proven ability to build new revenue streams.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with English proficiency an advantage.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply judgment during negotiations.
