About the Role:
Amazon Global Selling is seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Manager in China to lead cross-border business in the South Region.
This role will involve developing a local Seller Recruiting strategy, leading team growth, and increasing global selling market penetration.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding business acumen, drive quality business planning and execution, and bring rich industry experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing multi-function teams in Shenzhen
- Defining seller recruiting strategies to bring high-quality sellers to Amazon marketplaces
- Managing regional business performance end-to-end
About the Team:
Our team is responsible for developing local country Sellers, Manufacturers, and Entrepreneurs to help them launch their products onto the Amazon platform.
We are committed to delivering the earth's largest product selection and lowest prices for our customers.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of successful sales and/or business development experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or software industries
- Exceptional team management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in sales marketing and pitching nascent products/services to new markets and customers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Global e-commerce, cross-border industry
- Graduate BA or BS degree required, MBA preferred
- Proven ability to influence others
