Wealth and Personal Banking represents our global initiative that merges Retail Banking with Wealth Management and Global Private Banking, establishing us as a leading global wealth manager with substantial assets under management. Our dedicated professionals cater to millions of clients worldwide, addressing the diverse needs of private wealth, from individual banking for families to services for business owners, investors, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We offer a comprehensive range of products and services, including bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, asset management, insurance, and private banking, tailored to meet our clients' specific requirements.

We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to enhance our team.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Expanding our Premier clientele and fostering enduring relationships with a designated portfolio of Premier clients.

Overseeing the comprehensive wealth management of your clients by aligning our financial and investment solutions with their unique financial goals.

Advocating for our Premier Services to prospective clients, identifying their needs, and making appropriate referrals to other business units when necessary.

Contributing to branch enhancement initiatives by providing valuable customer feedback regarding our services and ensuring adherence to audit standards and quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications for success in this role include:

A university degree, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.

Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building skills.

Strong sales orientation and customer focus, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A high level of customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering outstanding service quality.

Solid understanding and keen interest in financial markets.

A mature and independent approach, capable of performing effectively under pressure.

Strong commercial acumen paired with sharp interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
