Client Relationship Management

Establish and nurture a reliable partnership with designated clients to ensure overall satisfaction and expansion (regular check-ins, share company vision and objectives, assist in positioning against competitors). Act as the primary contact for clients to meet their business and technical needs (address technical issues, facilitate product/service adoption, relay client feedback and suggestions to Product teams). Collaborate with various teams to optimally support the client. Achieve and surpass quarterly performance metrics to drive business growth for assigned clients (key indicators include gross profit, margin percentage, and cross-selling opportunities, followed by net revenue retention and tier transitions). Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams for current and prospective SaaS initiatives. In partnership with Technical Account Administration, ensure proper account setup and work with Platform Operations teams to facilitate client activities based on agreed business objectives (account creation, route management, sender registration, and content filtering setup). Work with Revenue Assurance to monitor and mitigate health risks (actively engage in ensuring financial collections and netting). Analyze and project client traffic, taking prompt actions to foster ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize profitability/revenue.

Internal Collaboration

Possess comprehensive knowledge of internal tools to set up accounts, monitor, and troubleshoot client traffic (e.g., Qlik, SU). Coordinate with internal teams to promptly address client needs (Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Customer Support, Technical Account Administration, Platform Operations, Customer Analyst, Procurement, Revenue Assurance). Document all client engagement activities and opportunities in designated tools (e.g., SF).

Professional Development

Foster a collaborative team environment. Assist in mentoring and onboarding new team members. Engage in ongoing education and training sessions. Familiarize yourself with company products, platforms, and relevant market trends. Understand client businesses and explore how they can leverage the company's offerings.
