Customer Solutions Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
As the Technical Strategy Leader for the customer account, you will:
- Drive the alignment of OEM requirements to ensure timely delivery of the appropriate product (SF, cross-SF, or cross-division).
- Serve as the OEM representative to influence product strategy within the Solution Fields.
- Actively contribute to the CCE community, supporting ETAS product strategy across customers and divisions to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitive product performance, planned customer applications, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide insightful market analysis to customers based on established relationships.
- Understand customer profiles to effectively manage expectations and processes internally.
- Offer technical consultancy to acquisition and project managers.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to define acquisition strategies aimed at securing projects within target accounts.
- Be accountable for achieving strategic commercial objectives with customers.
Innovation Focus:
- Act as the primary contact for driving innovation initiatives at OEMs.
- Familiarize yourself with the customer account's SDV strategy and investment plans.
- Advocate for Bosch innovations with customers and coordinate roadmap implementations.
- Lead advanced studies and explorations for new business opportunities.
- Look across all SFs and BBM for potential growth areas.
Customer Interaction & Project Management:
- Serve as the designated sponsor for all customer projects, ensuring proper project management, team setup, planning, and achievement of KPIs.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and share best practices internally and externally.
- Lead the technical interface with customers, acting as the main point of contact and escalation path.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- A solid technical background with cross-functional team experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in management roles within engineering, product management, or project management.
- At least 3 years of experience with AUTOSAR Classic Platform; familiarity with AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform and other automotive middleware is advantageous.

- Extensive technical knowledge across the ETAS product portfolio.
- Ability to assess technical solutions at the vehicle level.
- In-depth understanding of OEM expectations and challenges.
- Knowledge of customer processes and project management methodologies.
