Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Strategy Development:
    Partner closely with business teams to refine and finalize strategies for cost efficiency and vendor negotiations. Your insights will be crucial in directing our procurement strategy and ensuring maximum value. Become the primary resource for sourcing teams, offering guidance on vendor negotiations and cost efficiency. Also, act as the main point of contact for vendor negotiations and cost initiatives.

  • Innovative Data-Driven Solutions:
    Play a vital role in translating business needs and insights into actionable technical plans. Develop and automate self-sufficient tools and solutions that enhance efficiency and impact. Collaborate effectively with data scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers (BIE), and Finance to design an automated and simplified data structure. This framework will support innovative dashboards and user interfaces for internal applications. Create scalable solutions that boost productivity and efficiency with a broader impact across the organization.

  • Ownership of Strategic Initiatives:
    Take charge or play a key role in contributing to our strategic initiatives. Serve as the connector among cross-functional teams, promoting a unified approach to achieving our objectives.

  • Effective Communication Leadership:
    Lead internal communication efforts, including crafting engaging launch emails, updates, announcements, and newsletters. Your communication skills will foster alignment throughout the organization.

  • Architect of Data Systems:
    Contribute to the development of a robust data system that supports cost structures, vendor proposals, and procurement strategies. Utilize your data skills (Python, SQL, Excel, etc.) to facilitate business efficiency and tangible outcomes across essential processes.

  • Growth and Optimization Advocate:
    Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and optimization across categories, vendors, portfolios, and products. Your strategic vision will drive significant enhancements to our profit and loss lines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of business analytics experience with a record of generating insights to inform strategic decisions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience collaborating across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork, analysis, recommendations, reporting, and presenting results to senior leadership.
